🌅 Our Daily Program (Movement & Freedom)

Morning (75 minutes) | Sunrise Qi Activation: We awaken your life energy (Qi) with medical Qigong and deep breathing exercises, all while enjoying a view of the awakening Atlantic Ocean.

Daytime | Island Time & Relaxation: The entire day is yours. Enjoy the beach, excursions (e.g., to César Manrique's power spots), massages, or simply unwind.

Evening (90 minutes) | Sunset Tai Chi & Qigong Alignment: We delve deeply into the flowing geometry of the traditional 24-form Beijing style and the advanced 40-form style. The perfect adjustment for a balanced nervous system and deep sleep.

We are based in the private, tranquil oasis of the "Comunidad Playa Roca" in Costa Teguise. A protected retreat away from mass tourism, perfect for our energy work on the beautiful sea-view terraces.
